None of this is new. It has been going on for decades.

It's not a case of me not remembering it, I never paid any attention in the first place.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Then why make a point of saying you don't remember any election where an incumbent Republican ran unopposed? And then follow that up by saying that just because the Democrats run weak candidates doesn't mean they don't want to win.

This all started with me stating the Republicans run unchallenged. And to a large extent this is the case and has been for some time.
